As VanJEANVAL says about the number 14, separately, they are nothing at all. The fourteen first are a set of fragments and the number 15 is a small hint for the final composition.
C6R25 starts the 14. There are four tendrils coming from the 14. The first and second tendrils move up and to the left until they can't proceed, then they move up and to the right until they hit the top of the frame. C11R16 is the bottom point of another tendril moving up and to the right. That should get you everything.
