Didn't even try to solve it logically. It does not look very good as a finished image. This could be a lot better.

Please check your puzzles for logic before submitting them.
To solve after the initial logical lines were filled I had to rely on symmetry and at the very end on completing the picture the name implies.

Mostly logical, except last 6 dots which are easily guessed. Had to use temporaries though.

Those who berated you have no Idea how to play Tic-Tac-Toe. Using the ideas that the 3's are the O's and than making X's in the others it goes really well.

I found this very easy as Pazurumasuta says you only need to know how to play tic tac toe.
