Cant finish it. any help?

Started but quickly moved on to another puzzle. Doubt very much that it is logical and would require pure guesswork.

I've gotten pretty close. Still working on it though.

Finally finished. For those who want some help, here it is. There are a lot of diagonal lines that go from the top right to the bottom left. The "9" in the first row starts in the 7th position. That forms the hat. The "3" in the 25th column starts in the first position. The "19" in the 12th row starts in the second position. Finally, the "3" in the 1st column starts in the 18th position. That forms the nose. Good luck from there.

Even with the hints above, this is still impossible to even guess. Pointless waste of time.

There are 3 diagonal lines in the upper right, also r17c7-10.

Not logical.
