Too much guessing for me. :(

Im stuck on all the "1's"...phooey. I have all the outer boxes (of 5) taken care of as well as the inner box. However, I could use some direction on how to fill in the inner boxes! Any help would be appreciated! Thanks! :)

Multiple solutions. A classic example of a guessing game rather than a logic puzzle. Many people on this site seem content with guessing (maybe calling it an educated guess) based on symmetry etc but I agree with Alesko that this is in fact a waste of time.
