Wait, do you mean there is *any* part of this that can be solved through logic? I couldn't even find where to begin...

You can bruteforce the C1 with 2D logic, work on it for first 3 column, then brute force the top row. Afterwords it's a mix of guesswork and working out a circular-ish object.

Wait, forget my earlier comment. Just do the "Inverse swinub sprite" puzzle first, then use that puzzle to solve this one.
