A TWO-star rating shortly after creation??? And, of course, no comment about it. I have long said that some people are idiots... Is this puzzle really only worth two stars?
Take no heed of low scores, all your puzzles are fantastic and I for one really look forward to doing them, I think all the hanjie star authors are great no matter if they create simple and easy or hard intricate puzzles they have all given up their time to keep us entertained, I thank you all and appreciate your hard work.10/10 to the authors.
Most puzzles with an average rating of 4 or 5 stars still have the odd 2 or 3 star individual rating. Low ratings and aggressive comments have steered a lot of amazing puzzle designers away from the website unfortunately. There are enough positive raters out there that good puzzles generally have higher average ratings. Stick with the average rating or look for the raters you consider good critiques of puzzles in general.

Thanks for the comments. My initial comment wasn't an attempt to fish for compliments, it's just annoying that the first rates are low. I would love to understand why they do that. Currently I'm assuming they have some sort of a grudge... maybe they are jealous that they can't create good puzzles and take it out on everyone else? ;)
I gave it 5 stars. Maybe someone is taking their self isolation frustrations out on you? You get the same problem with trip advisor. It is only useful when the people writing reviews are not bonkers. There are always a few nutty ones thrown in the mix. Keep up the good work....please :)
