It was a good puzzle until it came down to a guess at the end. HINT: Assume Vertical Center Line is a Mirror.

I can't complete it, too many possibilies for where the last 6 blocks may be.

2 blocks:r11 c21,r12 c22,and draw diagonal line from r13 c19 to r16 c22.
