A Hint for the middle part would be nice. Like where to place the 6,7 and 5 of row 7-9. Or something. What the middle is supposed to picture might work too :)

It's a snowman with a hat, a scarf, three buttons and two branch-arms ( left goes down and right goes up ).

A hint: the 6 and 7 ( row 7-9 ) are between the columns 6 and 12.
