This is... doable enough if you guess at what the words are trying to say, but... it's an odd phrase. and the letters blur together pretty badly. LOTS of solutions too.

Hate weak players that publish unwanted spoilers. Nice puzzle with obvious ending. The point is that regular text puzzles are trivial so the letters need to be disguised.
