    Robaharrison keep your rude opinions to yourself. The person is trying, maybe the puzzles aren't as good as others but if you know what a Raltz looks like then it's an easy puzzle.
    Aaeeschylus it's a really cute Raltz - one of my fav pokemon (Eevee is better though)

    But the problem, Hjaw123, is that I, along with many others I'm sure, don't know what Raltz looks like, so this puzzle for us is impossible without guessing. So, has anyone got any hints?

    The 3 in row 3 starts in column 6. The 4 on row 13 starts in column 5. the 2s in row 18 start in columns 4 and 9.
