Pure guess work, but fun in it's own weird way.

No place to start, so no way to find the pattern. I abandoned puzzle.

Biggest hint with these patterns is to look at how many 1s and if its odd or even (for each row). Another hint at the end is that individual blocks are connected diagnoally.

Got it, but got absolutely no enjoyment from it. Why are you people encouraging these kind of guessing patterns is completely beyond me.
Hint: bunch of zigzags forming diamonds not connected at sides and with 3 in the middle. The 2 are just 2/3rds of the 3. And if the author wanted to be consistent there should be 4 more filled fields in the 1st row in columns 4, 10, 16, 22. Meaning those fields are empty bur should not be to make pattern consistent.

I worked it out from the hints in the comments. The 3s in columns 1, 7, 13, 19 and 25 start in rows 4 and 14. The 3s in columns 4, 10, 16 and 22 start in rows 9 and 19.

Hope that helps as well. Alesko + AmyJay's hint helped me.

Use the symmetry to find the center column. repeat that pattern in all the columns with the same sequence. The other 3s are centered around the rows with only four 1s. Then connect all the remaining ones with zig zags that DON'T touch the 3s.
