Hope this helps you: there are two circles(formed by the fours and twos in the middle). they are in the middle of two bigger circles (formed by the fours and threes). the eights and two ones on each end are forming some sort of eyelids (symmetrical to the two circles in the middle). the rest is nearly logical.
