    It's not logical but excellent try. If you put the "1" in column 23 on row 25, the puzzle becomes completely logical.

    Ingwarus is right and Puzzledanita is wrong. There are only two places where the 6s in row 24 can go that's compatible with row 23. Once you place those, everything else is easy.
