Too much guessing!!

Took forever, but finally got it!

Any hints? I've been working on this on and off for years and just can't seem to get it.

Cannot believe that I've finally made it :O

if anyone needs a spoiler:

-the nose is made of r14/c12, c14
-on the top of the head the single dots are: r3/c11, c13, c15, r4/c9, c12, c14, c17 and r5/c13
- the left side: c3/r10, r12, r14, r16, c4/r9, r11, r13, r15, r17 and c5/r12, r14
-right side is symmetrical to the left one
- chin: r23/c11, c13, c15, r22/c9, c12, c14, c22

the single dots which are left are forming a circle
