I can get most of it but the first five columns are hard, so any help with them would be great.

If you've figured out the middle question mark, the rest shouldn't be too bad to figure out.

Sparrow, how on earth did you solve this in four minutes?? Haha! It took me 14 minutes the second time through, comparing it with the thumbnail image to get everything back in the right place.
