first fish

Finished puzzle but took me longer to see why solution wouldn't be accepted.

There are 7 bubbles made up of 3x3 stars, the centre square for these bubbles are:

R2 C11,
R2 C19,
R3 C3
R3 C7
R3 C15
R4 C22
R7 C24.

Thank you, Colettekellyyy, I was completly stuck after the first five stars!

You can do this without clues, just place the 'bubbles' and it falls into line.
