Great puzzle, but unfortunately not entirely logical. Once you have guessed the position of the trunk correctly, it can be solved logically. Very nice picture for a first puzzle! :)

Is anybody able to tell me if the trunk is symetrical?

The trunk is symmetrical, the branches aren't.

The thing is a circle and then the c12,14 have r11-13.

Requires guessing but possible. It is better guessing from down to up.
