Used temporaries towards the end to eliminate some possibilities and solved it logically from there.
Looks a little too angry for Goku with the downturned brows, but he's ansolutly recognizable, which is probably better than anything I could do, so thanks! :)

The outside is very easy; the inner face is extremely hard. I tried to do it just using multi-row logic but couldn't figure it out. Had to resort to temporaries and symmetry.

Nice and easy.

Great! Fully logical, despite the hard part in the middle at the end. No temporaries or symmetry needed. Just logic from two rows and two columns at one point from that the rest follows.
