I think we'll need the inverted version once again in order to solve this one :-)

It's possible to complete.. I used the inverted picture to figure out the face. It's the same eyes and mouth.

It's not exactly the same, but very very similar. Here is the left eye.
    The 6 starts at column 7 - row 7.
    8 - 6. 8 - 9. 8 - 13.
    9 - 5. 9 - 9.
    10 - 5. 10 - 7. 10 - 10.
    11 - 6. 11 - 9. 12 - 7.
The right eye and mouth are the same.. lemme know if it's enough.

Thank you, Olympia!! FINALLY got it! BTW, it's 9-10, not 9-9.
If anyone wants another clue, the 6 in the mouth starts at 10-13.

I didn't need another clue but here's a joke anyway - in keeping with the cute girl theme.

Two blondes were on their way to Disneyland when they saw a sign that said 'Disneyland, Left' so they figured it wasn't there, turned around, and went home!

The clue c20/r9 is wrong - it´s c20/r10. Nice picture, unfortunately not without a unique solution.

Some more hints because this puzzle, while it looks nice, sucks and you just have to draw it out.

In the body, to differentiate the arms, and in between the legs:
    r20,c12, 16-18
    r21,c11-12, 17-18
    r24, c14
    r25, c14-15

Eyes are joined by the 2 as someone said earlier, specifically, r7-8,c12. They are symmetrical except for the 6 on the left. The bottom of the eyes are at r10, c9-10,14-15.

The hair is separated from the body by the six on the left, connecting down into the mouth. On the right it starts out at
    r4,c16-17
    r5,c18
    r6,c19-20
    r7,c19,21(the start of the 3)
    r10,c20 (start of the 2)

Hopefully this helps. feel free to ask if you need more help.
