Not a logical puzzle.

Most of the puzzle can be solved using logic (about 80%). The last few squares have multiple possible solutions and require guessing. Cute image. Thank you!

It gets totally random guesses on some point. Big minus. [hint] 7 in C11 starts at R11. second 6 at R11 starts at C8. First single dot in R8 is on C15. In C1, single is on R21.

...it cut the first part of my comment :( It's not very logical. At some point it needs a lot of guessing / assuming the pic.

Too much guessing.

Logic got me to only eight dots remaining, and two of those seemed like obvious guesses to me. A few quick combinations and the last ones fell into place. Thanks for the birdie.

Time was too high still trying to do the final dots with many possibilities so I abandoned it.

Hard, but possible with ton of guessing.

Ha ha, just noticed that I have tried this before with exactly the same result: seemed to run out of legal possibilities... any idiot can draw an illogical puzzle!
