Josuke45491 - Some lines can be completed from the start. Some lines, no matter how you arrange the blocks, always have some squares filled by the same block (e.g. look at the columns with the 8s in). You'll find some lines, such as the top row, will have some squares which are clearly unfilled due to the wide space between filled squares where the blocks of 3 must go. Look carefully and you'll find you can do more. Good luck! :)
