1. Definitions

The Terms of Use specified in this paragraph are related to this entire page.

• by "Site" we mean the website www.hanjie-star.com or any URL related to it.
• by "Visitor" we mean a person navigating the Site and who is not registered on the Site.
• by "Player" we mean a real person with a valid e-mail address and who is registered on the Site.
• by "Service" we mean the service offered to the Player by the Site.
• by "Content" we mean any creation (non exhaustive list: hanjie grid, picture, message or comment) of a Player published on the Site.
• by "Provider" we mean the editor company of the Site.

2. Opening and closing a Player account

Any Visitor can register for free to become a Player on the Site and enjoy the Service provided by the Site.

The opening of a Player account on the Site implies that the Player agrees to the terms evoked in paragraph 3.

It is solely the Player's responsibility to provide any hardware or software needed to use the Service.

Access to the Site grants the Player a right to private, non-collective and non-exclusive use of the Site content. The Provider reserves the right to suspend momentarily the access to the Site or part of the Site, notably for reasons of maintenance or development.

The registration as a Player grants access to a Player Account that is unique and only accessible with the Player credentials. The Player is solely responsible for the use of their credentials; the Provider is not liable for any loss, hijacking or fraudulent use by a third party using a Player's credentials. Every access and / or use of the Site and data transfer from a Player Account will be considered as being done by the concerned Player.

If a Player wants to disable or delete their Player Account, they can do so accessing their User Profile, selecting the Settings Option and then the disable / delete option as appropriate.

By disabling your account you accept that all your data (progress, creations, points, comments, etc.) are kept but they are not visible or processed. You will not be able to login, if you will want to reactivate your account you should contact the administrator.

By permanently deleting your account you accept that your username and your email address are available for a new account and all your data (progress, creations, points, comments, etc.) are deleted permanently. This action is irrevocable and can not be reversed.

3. Terms of use

The Registration on the Site means that the Player agrees to the following terms:

• The Player agrees to the moderation of any content added by the Player (non-exhaustive list: hanjie grid, message or comment posted). All content can be modified at any moment and without warning by the Site's administrators. This moderation happens in order to filter irrelevant or offensive messages (non-exhaustive list).
• The Player will not post or submit content that violates intellectual property, or content that is defamatory, offensive, obscene, harmful, abusive,political, racist or xenophobic, incitement to violence and, in general, any content that violates any applicable laws and regulations in place, people's rights or standards of behaviour.
• The Player will not degrade the Site, the content of the Site or the access to the Site in any way.
• The Player will not use automatic means (non-exhaustive list: software, bot, script, crawler) to solve the games of the Site or to record any content of the Site in any way possible.

4. Suspension of the Account

The Site reserves the right to suspend a Player account for any reason, as detailed in paragraph 3.

5. Granting of access rights

The Provider of the Service does not hold any propriety right on the Contents created on the Site by the Player; those Contents remain the exclusive propriety of the Player.

The Player grants the Provider, as well as any partner of the Provider, on an exclusive and gracious basis, for the entire world and for an undetermined time, the access rights listed below, in order to allow the Provider to provide the Service on the Internet, on mobile phone network and / or any current or future communication network open to the public.

The Player grants the Provider and the Provider's partners, the rights to:

• replicate or reproduce any or all parts of the Player's Contents, by any means or processes, in any form known or currently unknown on the Site and / or on the site of the Provider's partners, and for a commercial or non-commercial use.
• represent or have a representation of any or all parts of the Player's Contents, on any network, by any means, on any platform known or currently unknown, in association or not, with any other work of any possible nature.
• share the Player's Contents in order to allow consultation on the Site and, if need be on the site of the Provider's partners.
• carry out or commission and put online, extracts of the Player's Contents.

6. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L.121-21-8 13 ° of the French Consumer Code, the Player acknowledges that by purchasing credits on the Site, he is immediately credited and can spend them immediately, so that the Player waives expressly to exercise his right of withdrawal.
