Keep finding that I've made a mistake.

Mostly logical, with the help of a lot temporaries.

SPOILER

there is a big head of a bunny in the picture, a carrot at the bottom and the letters of the word bunny on the right side (shifted horizontally)

Totally logical until the last 4 squares.

I found about 75% of this to be surprisingly logical. Although I wouldn't have been able to finish it without thinking of starting to spell "Bugs" from the top down. Didn't take long to figure out it was spelling "Bunny" instead.

The letters for Bunny don't line up at all, either, and the N's are in lowercase (n)

Not logical.

Totally logical until the last two dots.
