    Spoiler:
    Vertically and horizontally symmetrical.
    The "outside" 5s start in each corner.
    Once you have the centre lines, then it's a basic flower shape, so the outside of the first petal runs:
    r2,c12 r3,c11 r4,c10 r5,c9 r6,c8. reflect in each axis then hopefully you can fill in the middle.

    Sigh - this is not a Hanjie-puzzle. Maybe it's a "hunjie" like the author wrote. But I don't know the rules for that kind of puzzle. Maybe this one fits better at hunjie-star.com.
    Sorry for the sarkasm, but I don't see any way to solve this with logic hanjie rules.
