Sorry I can't seem to solve it - but have made lots of pretty pattens trying.

I made two different flowers both incorrect-I am giving up on this puzzle:(

Just too many variants, it's not logical at all.

Definitely too many options. Any hints?

Vertically and horizontally symmetrical.
The "outside" 5s start in each corner.
Once you have the centre lines, then it's a basic flower shape, so the outside of the first petal runs:
r2,c12 r3,c11 r4,c10 r5,c9 r6,c8. reflect in each axis then hopefully you can fill in the middle.

Do Water lily 2 first, put it side by side with this one and you should be able to do this one.

Sigh - this is not a Hanjie-puzzle. Maybe it's a "hunjie" like the author wrote. But I don't know the rules for that kind of puzzle. Maybe this one fits better at hunjie-star.com.
Sorry for the sarkasm, but I don't see any way to solve this with logic hanjie rules.
