I've the top 2/5. The 5 in r1 starts in c20. Then I get stuck.

Well that was awful. No logic, multiple solutions and that 5 does start in c20 not c19. How this got a rating higher than 1/10 I will never know. Please for the love of god, check your puzzle before submitting it.
