I didn't have a Teddy Bear. I had an elephant that my Mom made out of work socks. Kinda like those monkeys you see. She wanted me to call it Dumbo from the Disney movie, but I was a toddler and could only say Bimbo. So a strange name for a lovey, but he was my buddy. I still have him. :)

My teddy (I still have him, by the way) has always been called 'Bear-Bear'. Original, I know.

I never had a bear. My daughter had one she called Teddy. She also had a lamb she called Punklepea. Thanks for the cute picture.

I didn't have one. My mom called hers Tom and I christened my son's bear, Hüseyin. (I don't know why) He didn't like the name but he got used to it. He would report each day's summary to Hüseyin before he slept. Now Hüseyin is washed and packed, waiting for my future grandchildren.
