Aaeeschylus could you please try your Hanjies before posting them to see if they can be solved - there are quite a few you have done that have involved guessing. Thanks.
Joe is quite right - totally logical, start with top two rows, or bottom two, or left two columns, or right two. Same applies. Only one configuration will allow you to get fit the third row.
You don't even need to think about how things work together. Do it like a normal hanji - there's a perfectly usable starting point with the 1 1 1 2 1 1 1 rows. Complete from there.
I have to agree with FortunaDraken. If you want to puzzle some lines, you have to consider the first three rows - only two (like Joe Tramp said) is not enough, because there are several options - but only one that fits row three.
I posted my comments on the wrong puzzle - this one is logical but I just wanted to give the tip of trying before posting. My earlier Hanjies are terrible because my lack of solving skills so always like to give tips to anyone who starts the same way as me!!!
HINT: Turn your attention to 2 top lines - there´s only one way to arrange all those 2s and 1s.
I have to just give the answer! lol
Line 1 : BB XX BB XX BB XX BB X (B= Black and X is empty)
Line 10: B X B X B XX BB X B X B X B
Line 15: X BB XX BB XX BB XX BB
Hope this helps!
Logical.
