    I got to 19. Unless the four immediatly connected dots in row15/16, column 16/17 is supposed to be one? Or the entire 25x25 plan?

    I counted 16 single squares, two other perfect squares formed by overlaps, and then one that is formed by the '9' in 19. But I may have tricked myself, so I guess it's open to interpretation!
