@Cha Cha....you want to make the round head shape and then just make a smiley face the best you can with the numbers that are provided. It looks just like a smiley face that you would draw quickly and is MOSTLY symmetrical (other than a few lines). Hope that helps?! I know its not much of a hint but I hope it gives you a basis in which to start the puzzle at least! ~:)
