Now make a square minus the corners with the 4s in r8,13 and c5,10. And add a 2x2 square at the centre.
r3/c7-10 and c11-15. Now join the ends to one another, the top of the 10 and the right edge.

Why do people find it so difficult to check to see if their puzzle is logical. So much time is wasted on terrible puzzles like this one.

I had found four solutions changing some dots. All invalids!! Terrible this kind of untested puzzles.

Finally got it but brute force. Not recommended.
