Easy enough to start - but where do you go with all the 1s??

Got the pyramid and I'm guessing there's a square sun in the top right(clear centre with the 2 blocks sticking out), but after that I'm struggling.

There are 4 more pyramids which are only black outer line. Then you make "sun" in corner with two sevens and then try to put all 1s which are left there as a light coming from there.

Special spoiler (column:line) - 1:10, 25:10, 8:11, 18:11 - to get the idea of places for pyramids.

I somehow figured it out. Couldn't have done it without Ketu's hints. The placement dots are the tops of the pyramids. The 2 outside pyramids (dots) are closer in the foreground. The sun rays make a sort of checker pattern, except for the lower left sun quadrant where it looks like a couple blocks are omitted.

A problematic puzzle. Has no logic. Should be tested before saved!!!
