    Almost 100% logical. A minor guessing needed at (3,5) 5x5 square. Nice and challenging puzzle.

    There must be some other ambiguity, I tried both possibilities for that square and neither one worked. I verified all my clues were satisfied by my solution.

    ValJEANVAL, if you mistakenly add an extra 1 on a finished row and column, it may not show itself on the grayed row and column numbers when the order of numbers is satisfied. Yours may be that case. I have just verified that there are just 2 pixels left in the end.
