R4/c7, R11/c4, R12/c6, R14/c7, R15/c9. With these points given, it is completely logical (you may find it easier to fill in the points while finishing the puzzle).

Thanks for the hint Joe. I wasn't able to figure it out without it. And I was even Googling pictures of pinball machines to no avail. I probably haven't seen a pinball machine in over 10 years.
