DraxxorT - It's a nice picture, but you really need to test your puzzles before you save them (when you click "save", there's an option to try it first). This is completely impossible without the hints that others have given, and I have no idea how the first person figured it out (unless they used a program).

Ugh! I got everything except the strings for ballons 2 and 4 right I think, but for those alone I've tried about six different versions so far - and by now I'm starting to forget which combinations I've already tried... Anymore hints for those?

C21:r18-19 is filled in. That balloon string is the only one that doesn't follow the wave pattern.

DraxxtorT Maybe make an inverted version? Might end up rather easy, but would probably still be as pretty, and at least solvable!

Tried for hours , followed all hints. still cannot complete. no need to go to
barbers , no hair left , pulled it all out.
