Can't get it, I pattern guessed out the bottom word though I'm not sure if that's even right. The rest I got nothing.

It's a 5 word sentence. 1 on the top strip starting in column 1, 2 on the next starting in column 7 and 1 on the 3rd starting in column 1.

Teesea's clues get you really far--3 letters are still ambiguous, but you'll know enough by then to guess it right.
