    Uhhh I'm really sorry, here some clues if these are not useful then let me khow please.
    I will give u starting points of rows
    1st row starting points are in column, 6, 11 & 23
    4th row = 1, 6, 9, 11 & 18
    9th row = 3 &13
    10th = 3 & 11
    11th = 4 & 18
    12th = 16 & 18
    17th = 4 & 14
    18th = 22
    19th = 22
    23rd = 4
    25th = 17.

    Wow, finally got it!!! Huray :)

    There are some mistakes, but it would take me ages to find them out... There are black dots in:
    Row 13 = 4, 7
    Row 14 = 3, 5, 6, 8
    Row 15 = 3, 8
    Row 16 = 4, 7
    Row 17 = 5, 6

    The "crocodile head" is o.k., the "smoke" needs some changes... I hope it helps ;)

    Thanks a lot Joe Tramp! i had practically solved it but gave up at the very end when the last squares didn't fall in because of the wrong clue for the line 17. the picture still doesn't make much sense to me...
