Could you give us a clue atal i done it and completed it...looks like some kind of dragon thing but it said it was incorrect so their is more than one answer...

First try, mostly guesswork got it! took forever though.

Yeah I agree I did a lot of guess workbut finally managed to get it.

Some hints:
there is a white (unfilled heart) at the bottom that is 7x7 in size. The two sides are r25 c10-16, c18
There is a dragon's nose start r11-12, c25
Everything is connected diagonally (ie: r25c18, r24c19)

Hmmm my dragon is complete. Everything seems ok but it says invalid answer.

Thank you for the hints Joe & JunkyThrowy, but still I had to struggle for some time. For other puzzlers like me: R1 - C8 & C17 are black.

It's not completely logical after joe's hints, there is some ambiguity to the head feathers too, but it's a limited enough area for guess and check.
