Does anyone have any hints?? I can't seem to complete this one, even with symmetry.

Had basically to guess it by try and error...

Top and bottom row are symmetric.
The columns with 5 have 3 spare fields above and 2 below.
The 1-1-1-1 rows have dots in columns 1, 6, 16 and 21.
Hope that might help a bit...
