Could anyone help with this one?
I have got a fish in the top right and top left (down to about rows 17/18) is the top half of the mermaid but after that I'm stuck, especially with all the '1's.

c13-r23 to c16-r21.
c12-r13 to c16-r9.
c13-r14 to c17-r10.
Then add a dot at c12-r11.
