Can this be done logically?

This can not be solved logically. I dumped it into my solver to confirm. It got slightly closer than I did; it's possible to solve the bottom six rows and most of the right-most eleven. But then it stalls out.

You then have 3 birds in the top left.--.-- you have the start points of the top a bottom of the 3. The middle one starts in c6,r3.
