A bit challenging but fun! (hint: the upper-left section is supposed to be a bird sitting on Quasimodo's shoulder, or at least that's what i thought it looked like)

Not fun at all.

One of those infuriating puzzles where you can't get the answer accepted after much more time than the 'solution'. Gave up in disgust.

I think you can do it with many fewer hints than Harpah gave: C9R14, C10R15, C14R13, then the top left ambiguity is just a 50/50 but C7R2 will clear that up.
