Excellent puzzle, no guessing involved!

This is a lovely puzzle...but I tried it twice and had to do some guessing each time. I can't work out where I've gone wrong, if this IS a totally logical puzzle. Anyway, it's very good! :)

I found another answer so not 100% logic but so close!

I was able to solve it using all Logic but it probably took me quite a bit longer than if I had just gone with the obvious choices.

Whew!! I got all the way to the end and it was WRONG! I thought I would have to start ALL OVER...but luckily I was able to figure out that I just had a few misplaced squares when making the "H"....so after only a few minutes of trial and error I was able to finish it! GREAT puzzle! Challenging yet almost 100% logical! Thanks for the fun! ~:)

Argh! I misplaced both he "H" and the "e"! What about this puzzle makes it so hard?

There are 3 ambiguous pixels in the H that make for two solutions. if you solved it all "logically" you made an assumption at some point without realizing.
