Making letters or numbers in Hanjie is difficult. You want to use single lines, but it causes the puzzle itself to be unsolvable.

Anyway, this is a seven! ... Except it's not. The other frustration is that, sometimes, the letter/number doesn't even look like that letter/number, making it even more frustrating!

Hints:
*The 4 is on top.
*The 1s make a line from the 4 towards the bottom-left.
*The picture makes a broken "7".
