    Since I've seen NiftyStrawberry whining so much the last past days, I've gotten into looking if they really are illogical.. This one seems quite hard and I haven't finished yet, but got a good start for the time being... maybe I'll be able to solve it later :D.

    SPOILERS!!!
    The 4s are r14c4-c7 and r14c11-14. The 4s are the bottom part of the glasses, and the glasses are symetrical. The upper part of the glasses are the 3s in row 10 (c5-7, c11-13).
    The 7 in the last row starts at c6. And you just need to connect the dots.
    Ex.: r19: 5, 7, 9, 11, 13.
