A bit difficult on the steam lines. a tip: they circle the cup, so the pattern isn't random.

It also has a layer of cream or something on it :)

Multiple ways to solve, to much guessing.

The 2's in column 3 and 12 start in row 1 + the 2's in column 4 and 11 start in row 2 ....

Must have spent at least 5 separate 10 min goes on this one and cannot solve it. Can anyone give me more hints?

Few persons didnt know that how to give a tip. This will really help... 2's of 3rd and 17th column start at 1st row, and 2's of 4th, 13th and 16th column start on 2nd row.

Even with all the hints, there's a lot of ambiguity to the top of the puzzle.

Actually, after the hints, it only leaves 2 50/50 choices.
