It gets totally random guesses on some point. Big minus. [hint] 7 in C11 starts at R11. second 6 at R11 starts at C8. First single dot in R8 is on C15. In C1, single is on R21.
Logic got me to only eight dots remaining, and two of those seemed like obvious guesses to me. A few quick combinations and the last ones fell into place. Thanks for the birdie.
Ha ha, just noticed that I have tried this before with exactly the same result: seemed to run out of legal possibilities... any idiot can draw an illogical puzzle!
