I started okay: The bottom two rows tell that almost fix the 8 from c6...c13 which allows quite a lot of fast development but then it stalls. After two incorrect temporary guesses, I moved on to another puzzle.

Explanation: I decided to try a new style of making puzzles recently. To make them look better visually, I decided to make a base, keep that base in a different tab, then work off of it to make it logical. How I keep the base is I try the Hanjie, then right-click on "End Test" and open it in a new tab, then normally end the test on the other tab. That way, I now have two different tabs. However, I also put in all the description on the base, so when I went to submit it, I chose the wrong one after comparing the two. I wanted to get some victory oreos after making it logical and good-looking that, when I went to submit it, I didn't realize I submitted the draft. I don't have the final version anymore because I just closed out all tabs and moved on to something else...
Long story short, there was a better looking and perfectly logical version of this. I'll attempt to recreate the better version later... This is very discouraging for me to actually submit an illogical puzzle without a way to make it logical...
"I really don't want to accidentally submit a[n illogical] puzzle like this and find out that I made a mistake in hints or missed a step since, if that happens, I would have to post the fixes or missed hints in the comments!" - Strange_Victini, Frustration (17)
Hah, the irony. A day after I make this comment, I post an illogical puzzle my accident. This is even further rubbing salt in the wound... Really, sorry about this, everyone.
Do not fret, Victini. Like Cyberbaboon said, it can happen to the best of us. Besides, with the hints given it's solvable and the result is appealing. Keep dishing out quality puzzles like you always have and this blunder will soon be forgotten.
If you want to give yourself a challenge, you only need the clues from victini for C21R22 and then C19R20, C20R16. It took me a lot of temps, but I got it with just those hints.
