Pretty but not at all logical!

Shew! That was tough... If it helps anybody, a few clues to get you on your way as follows:

Candle is in the centre - bottom of the candle in row 24 (column 11,12,14,15 extending up to row 13 and column 13 up to row 10)

Both top corners are blank -
c1 : r2 to r12
c25: r2 to r4
r1: c2 to c3 and c23 to c24.

This is 100% logical except for the last 3 dots. Thanks so much for the challenge!!!
