Start with r5c9 r7c12 r1c11 r12c12. Should make guessing easier at the end.

Terrible, not logical, multiple solutions and not even a decent picture at the end. Also if you're using the hints from Dewen just be aware that the rows and columns should be reversed, eg r5c9 should be read as row 9 column 5.

Dewen and Davie's advice both leads almost immediately to contradictions. Though I COMPLETELY agree with their assessment that this Hanji is absolutely TERRIBLE.
