Not sure I'd want to live in a place which only has one bedroom yet the kitchen is 2 floors from the dining room with no steps to it!.

Perhaps it's a roof top balcony for al fresco dining and we just do not see the dumb waiter or elevator.

I don't remember caring about my doll houses being laid out rationally :P
